I live the path I teach ...

In my late twenties, I went through a period of severe anxiety as a result of traumatic events from my childhood and adolescence. My psychologist suggested I try a yoga to learn how to breathe and relax. I did not realize then, that this advice would become the beginning of a path that would shape both my life and my work.
At first, I believed yoga was not for me. I had always preferred dynamic activities and associated movement with intensity. Over time I discovered that yoga was not just an exercise, but a way of reconnecting with my body from within. Years later, I became a certified TriYoga teacher so that I could share with others what had helped me so deeply.

Alongside my yoga practice, my academic and professional path developed through nutrition, which became the second foundation of my work. I lived and worked in several countries, including Italy, the United States, Egypt, the United Kingdom, Colombia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. I was able to explore how food, culture, and daily habits influence one's health. I completed my master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition and began supporting people both in clinical, private and community settings.
For me, yoga and nutrition naturally came together. I often observed how, after practice, the body begins to ask for lighter, more nourishing food and more balanced rhythms in everyday life. This connection between movement, nourishment, and wellbeing remains central to the way I work today.

More recently, my personal journey led me to study somatic and systemic work through the method of Family Constellations, which became the third foundation of my practice. I first encountered this approach through my own therapeutic process, resolving emotional patterns that had stayed with me for many years. I am currently in my second year of training and gradually integrating this work into my sessions and teaching.

Through Savitri Living Practice, these three dimensions, yoga, conscious nourishment, and somatic awareness come together as one integrated path supporting balance in the body, clarity in daily habits, and a calmer relationship with oneself.
My personal journey, academic preparation, international work in nutrition, and years of embodied practice have shaped the way I accompany others today. It is a path I continue to live and explore in everyday life.

If something in my story resonates with you, I would be pleased to accompany you on your own path toward greater balance and inner steadiness. When we support our physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing together, change becomes sustainable and the way we relate to ourselves naturally influences the world around us.
